I am a dedicated Hydrogeologist and Water Resource Specialist with a Master’s degree in Hydro and Environmental Geology, focusing on Groundwater Resource Management in Abuja’s Basement Complex. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences from a reputable Nigerian university, along with over 15 years of experience in groundwater exploration and rural water scheme development across Nigeria.

As a WASH Consultant, I have worked on numerous projects funded by organizations like #GIZ-ECOWAS, completing over 10,000 water projects that include rural, commercial, and individual water schemes. My efforts primarily target underserved communities, particularly along the Nigeria-Niger and Nigeria-Benin borders, where access to clean water is critical.

I am committed to advancing research in groundwater management, with several published abstracts in reputable journals, including the American Water Resources Association and Rock Post. These publications address pressing issues like biological contaminants and groundwater depletion in Abuja and its environs.

I actively participate in key water management organizations such as the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council and WASH Media. My previous role as the National PRO for the Borehole Drillers Association of Nigeria allowed me to advocate for improved groundwater exploration and sustainable management techniques.

Since 2013, I have championed public awareness campaigns on sanitation and water resource management through various media platforms, including Nigeria Info FM, Kiss FM Abuja, We FM, AIT Abuja, and ARISE TV.

Internationally, I serve as a Supervising Project Manager for East Africa Boreholes in Uganda, Moya Boreholes in South Sudan, and African Forage Seal in Mali. These initiatives demonstrate my commitment to enhancing water access in rural communities beyond Nigeria.

Recently, I launched #GreenToilets, an initiative to combat open defecation in Nigeria by providing innovative container-based sanitation solutions. My mission is to ensure that all Nigerians, especially in remote areas, have sustainable access to water and sanitation facilities.
