I hold a Higher National Diploma Certificate in Business Administration from a reputable private polytechnic in Niger state.
I worked as an administrative assistant during my National Youth Service Corp in the department of works in Bwari area council (BAC).I carried out all my duties appropriately,making sure all the mails,proposals,reports,memos and forms are perfectly presented, maintain a good filing system and appropriate correspondence.
In 2016,I joined just fix Synergy Nigeria Limited as the Admim manager which i habe grown to the position of the Director Admin.Through this period we have successfully executed over 10,000 water sanitation &hygiene(WASH) projects nation wide.I have through the course of my position ensured our organisation maintained cordial working and business relationships with both local and international water sanitation & hygiene(WASH) development partners.
I have also ensured appropriate staffing, staff welfare and management.
I have introduced proper career development plan for our staff which enable them undertake local and international training, postgraduate studies keeping a window for absorption on return. Our target is to build a world class WASH consulting firm capable of delivering projects of international standard.
